Apple Pudding Cake

Ingredients


½ Cup Margarine
1 Egg
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Flour
1 teaspoon Soda
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
2½ Cups Chopped Apples
¾ Cup Chopped Pecans (optional)

Directions


Cream margarine and sugar together very thoroughly.
Add egg and beat well.
Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg together.
Stir the sifted, dry ingredients into creamed mixture.
Blend in apples and nuts.
Pour into greased baking dish.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Serve with a dab of whipped topping, a sauce, or ice cream. Delicious served warm.
