Cherry Mash Candy

Ingredients


2 Boxes White Dry Frosting (Jiffy)
2 lbs. Powdered Sugar
1 Stick of Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Cherry Flavoring
1 Can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 16-oz. Jar Maraschino Cherries (drained & chopped)

Chocolate Dip Ingredients


3 lbs. Chocolate Almond Bark
1½ lbs. Dry Roasted Peanuts

Directions


Mix the above ingredients together. If still sticky, add more powdered sugar (typically will use about 3 lbs. Total).
Freeze 1-2 hours.
Roll into balls.
Freeze these.

Melt the chocolate almond bark. Add the dry roasted peanuts.
Dip the balls into the chocolate and place on waxed paper to cool.
