Cherry Mash Candy
Ingredients
2 Boxes White Dry Frosting (Jiffy)
2 lbs. Powdered Sugar
1 Stick of Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Cherry Flavoring
1 Can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 16-oz. Jar Maraschino Cherries (drained & chopped)
Chocolate Dip Ingredients
3 lbs. Chocolate Almond Bark
1½ lbs. Dry Roasted Peanuts
Directions
① Mix the above ingredients together. If still sticky, add more powdered sugar (typically will use about 3 lbs. Total).
② Freeze 1-2 hours.
③ Roll into balls.
④ Freeze these.
⑤ Melt the chocolate almond bark. Add the dry roasted peanuts.
⑥ Dip the balls into the chocolate and place on waxed paper to cool.
