Creamy Garlic Parmesan Penne

Ingredients


8 oz. Penne Pasta
1 Tablespoon Oil
2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
3 Tablespoons Butter
1 Cup Milk
2 Cups Chicken Broth
1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Fresh Parsley for Garnish (optional)

Directions


In a large pot add oil then add minced garlic. Cook on medium/low.
To the same pot add butter, broth, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil then add pasta. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes until pasta is tender.
Add grated parmesan cheese and mix until pasta is coated and all ingredients are well combined.
For garnish, add fresh chopped parsley.
