Fruit Pizza
Crust
1 Stick Margarine
¾ Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1½ Cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Vanilla
① Mix margarine, sugar, and egg until light
② Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to first mixture and add vanilla.
③ Refrigerate 1 hour.
④ After cooled, spread on a lightly greased pizza pan.
⑤ Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
Glaze
½ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Orange Juice
Dash of Salt
2 Tablespoons Lemon Kuice
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
¼ Cup Water
⑥ Cook until mixture thickens (about 4 minutes).
⑦ Remove from heat and let cool.
⑧ When crust is cool, make filling.
Filling
8-oz. Cream Cheese
8-oz. Cool Whip
⑨ Blend together cream cheese and cool whip and spread on cool crust.
Fruit
⑩ Place grapes, bananas, oranges, apples, kiwis, and other fruits you want on top of the filling.
⑪ Spoon glaze over fruit, glazing bananas first.
Coat apples and bananas with lemon juice to keep from turning brown
