Fruit Pizza

Crust


1 Stick Margarine
¾ Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1½ Cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Vanilla
Mix margarine, sugar, and egg until light
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to first mixture and add vanilla.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
After cooled, spread on a lightly greased pizza pan.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

Glaze


½ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Orange Juice
Dash of Salt
2 Tablespoons Lemon Kuice
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
¼ Cup Water
Cook until mixture thickens (about 4 minutes).
Remove from heat and let cool.
When crust is cool, make filling.

Filling


8-oz. Cream Cheese
8-oz. Cool Whip
Blend together cream cheese and cool whip and spread on cool crust.

Fruit


Place grapes, bananas, oranges, apples, kiwis, and other fruits you want on top of the filling.
Spoon glaze over fruit, glazing bananas first.
Coat apples and bananas with lemon juice to keep from turning brown
