Hot Fudge Sundae Cake

Ingredients


2 Cups Flour
1½ Cups Sugar
4 Tablespoons Cocoa
4 teaspoons Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Milk
2 teaspoons Vanilla
4 Tablespoons Oil
2 Cups Brown Sugar
½ Cup Cocoa
3¼ Cups Hottest Tap Water

Directions


In ungreased 9"×13" pan, stir together flour, sugar, 4 Tablespoons cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
Mix in milk, oil, and vanilla with fork until smooth.
Spread evenly in pan.
Mix brown sugar and the ½ cup cocoa; blend well.
Sprinkle over top of batter.
Pour hot tap water over top.
Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Spoon the cake into dishes.
May top with ice cream


Icing Ingredients


½ Cup margarine, melted
¼ Cup Milk
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Cups Powdered Sugar

Icing Directions


Cook margarine and brown sugar until thickens.
Cool slightly.
Add milk and powdered sugar.
May add pecans
