Turkey Brine
Amy's Recipe
Ingredients
2 Gallons Water
1½ Cups Kosher Salt
3 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
¼ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
⅓ Cup Brown Sugar
Directions
① Combine all ingredients and stir until salt and sugar are dissolved.
② Place turkey in a large brining bag or container and pour brine over turkey. Refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours.
③ Remove turkey from brine, rinse, and pat dry before roasting.
